The Parcel People

A while back I posted about the problems I have with Parcelforce's Charlton depot. Well, a Parcelforce driver has deigned to leave a reply.
By ignoring what was written and insulting my wife, he has done little to improve my impression of Parcelforce.

Fortunately, I was able to track the parcel down by going to the other companies near where I work and finding it at one on the next street over). And then there's the company - who shall remain nameless - who delivered a package 7 weeks after it was given into their care ...
On the flip side, there have been some extremely helpful companies and drivers. When I worked in Nottingham, one driver who delivered to me also delivered to my office and automatically checked to see if I was at home or work before attempting delivery. Others have been really good about re-directing or allowing me to pick-up from their depots.
