We, the British, seem to have been remarkably successful of late in exporting the worst of our trash TV to you. Survivor, Who Wants to be a Millionaire, The Weakest Link, Pop (American) Idol: they're all our fault.

We're really sorry about this and we promise to send some more drama for Masterpiece Theatre soon.
