Report from the preparations coalface

My packing is underway. I looked at my wedding ring today and found it very hard to believe that I'll be wearing it full-time from this time next week. Lorna has thoughtfully left behind a pile of clothes for me to bring on the honeymoon. Given how tiny she is, I'm guessing that there's a significant number of items in that pile. Is it time to become a grown-up and buy a decent suitcase?

In other news, the Demon redlines are falling under my assault. They're very light - a couple of continuity issues and some minor formatting changes. This is turning into one of those projects where most of the rewrites come from me rather than from the redlines. Mind you, this chapter is a heck of a lot better than I remember it being when I wrote it. Wraith fans should get a blast from it.

Best wishes to both Lorna and yourself for your upcoming wedding.

As someone's who's already been there and done it (nearly 7 years ago now), it's a scary but wonderful time. It also gets much easier once the vows have been exchanged :) The trick is try to relax and just enjoy yourself.
