adderslji've just listened to Ken Livingston talking to an EG conference on the London Plan. My respect for him has increased no end. Not only is he a very honest and funny speaker, he's also far more cunning than I ever gave him credit for.
He's using the tools of the political right to acheive universal aims while keeping to the ethos of the left. It's the first political viewpoint I've been able to buy into in years.
