Morning after

Well, I had a great night out to celebrate my birthday last night, with a bunch of friends, some of whom I haven't seen in a good while. Photographic evidence is here.

On an unrelated note, I've been waiting for an update for the great Mac offline LiveJournal app, yaxjournal. Sadly, it doesn't seem to work very happily under OS X 10.2 and the developer has now officially declared it a dead project. Anyone got the knowhow and inclination to code up a replacement? When you travel a lot, an offline client is damn useful.

Have you tried any of the other clients listed on LJ's Mac clients page? If yes, how are they?

I like iJournal very much, and use it for posting when I'm at home. It's a nicely put together application which looks great in Jaguar (it takes advantage of the whole brushed metal look). I'm just pining for an offline tool to keep on the iBook.
