Note that I'm very carefully NOT criticising all genre fiction. (That would be hypocritical. Lucifer's Shadow and all that.) I specifically praise Greg and Phil's work. The main thrust of the attack is on DA: Nosferatu, which is unremittingly terrible, and I've never been able to get past the first few chapters without thinking that I have something better to do, like individually plucking out all my leg hairs one by one.
However, I have since been informed that, unlike the original Clan Novels, it's not so necessary to read all the books, so I might try to skim read through Nossie and move on to later books.
