The Cull

It's a terrible sight. People who were once on my Friends list lie, bloody and battered, all over the ice pack...

I'm afraid that I've had to cull some people from my Friends list, which was becoming just too unwieldy to use anymore. Most of the fallen were communities, but some people have gone, too. If you're one of those people, my apologies. The way I've selected people for culling are complex, but they amount to this: Livejournal has many become a place where I catch up on the activities of people I know. If you've been dropped, the chances are you're an internet-only acquaintance who has dropped off the radar of my life in recent month. My online habits have changed significantly since I married Lorna, and the time had come to reflect that in my Friends list.

Oh, and you can blame ephraim for this. He's just done the same, which reminded me to do it...

The anti-cull

Of course, it'll be interesting to see whose journals I start missing and start visiting again...
