It's not looking good for the BBC.

I really don't believe that for a second. The one thing we do still have in this country (for the moment) is an independent, non-political judiciary.

However much many of us would have enjoyed seeing Blair fall over this, I think he's been proved right.

I disagree. I think that someone in Blair's government was responsible for sexing up that dossier, and if it wasn't Blair, then he probably wasn't told so he'd have plausible deniability.
