(no subject)

I turned down a WW assignment today, for only the third time ever (Hunter: First Contact and Exalted: the Sidereals were the other two, for the curious). A strange, but liberating feeling.

I need to do that one of these days.

Hell, sometimes I think I should have done that back in November...

Well, at least you have projects to turn down. Me, I'm "on holiday" as of the end of this week ...

There were times back when I still wrote for WW that I wished I'd shown your level of perspicacity. Turning down work is often hard to do, but realizing ahead of time that a project isn't for you or that you don't have the time to do it is a good thing. Smart move.

I've turned down all the work that WW has offered me - a whopping one piece. :) It was the right move to make, so I'm glad I did it.

But, dude, if you don't do this one, last job, Mr. Wei will call in replacements!

More seriously, good for you.
