I turned down a WW assignment today, for only the third time ever (Hunter: First Contact and Exalted: the Sidereals were the other two, for the curious). A strange, but liberating feeling.
There were times back when I still wrote for WW that I wished I'd shown your level of perspicacity. Turning down work is often hard to do, but realizing ahead of time that a project isn't for you or that you don't have the time to do it is a good thing. Smart move.
